Join the Hertfordshire Garden Centre Loyalty Club

      • Our ‘Loyalty Card’ rewards you for your purchases made instore.

      • 1 point is awarded for every pound spent 

      • Each point has a value of 1p and can be redeemed against future purchases. 
      • Save up your points so that you can treat yourself, or just use them as you go and enjoy regular savings. You can use 100% of your points to pay for 90% of your transaction.

      • Receive a copy of our email newsletter with all our news, garden hints and tips, exclusive offers & discounts during the year.

      Terms & Conditions

       

        • Customers are required to complete a registration form to join.

        • There is no charge for the loyalty card.

        • The card is non-transferable and for the use of the individual only.

        • Present your card when purchasing goods and services from the Hertfordshire Garden Centre and you will be rewarded with loyalty points.
        • Points can be redeemed against future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.

        • Points are not accepted in the Rose Garden Café and Coffee Shop.

        • Your points cannot be used in conjunction with any discounted promotions or special offers.

        • The card cannot be used as a charge card, store or credit card and bills must be settled on the day.

        • Your card is valid 7 days a week and must be presented at the time of paying the bill. There may be occasions when we can add points at a later date at our discretion. You will need to provide a validated receipt within 28 days of making the purchase.

        • If you lose or damage your card a replacement will be charged at £2.00.

        • We reserve the right to alter or remove the discount and terms of use, at any time if, in our opinion, you commit any act which we deem inappropriate for a holder of a loyalty card.

        • The Hertfordshire Garden Centre is not responsible for products and services from third party suppliers. These are offered according to that supplier’s terms and conditions.

        • A valid email address is a condition of the validity of the loyalty card. We may at times contact you with special offers and promotions.

        • DATA PROTECTION. We will not pass your personal details to ANY third parties. We will never give your personal details to anyone outside without your consent. We will analyse your purchase history to provide you with relevant and personalised offers, information and advice in helping you select products that are right for you.
